Asiko’s half end of year townhall meeting is always a time of reflection, appreciation and celebration and 2023’s event was no different.
Our MD, Felix Ekundayo took to the podium to deliver an inspiring address, reflecting on the challenges and triumphs of the past year. He spoke of resilience in the face of adversity, teamwork in overcoming obstacles, and the unwavering dedication of our employees. There were also presentations from different leaders on the operational and financial growth of the company, as well as the impact of our clean energy investments on the business.
As we rounded up the presentations, we moved on to the highlight of the evening – our Awards Night, to celebrate long-serving employees and their accomplishments.
Moving forward into 2024 and the journey ahead, we do so with the knowledge that our greatest asset lies in the dedication and commitment of our employees – the heart and soul of our organisation.
