Felix Ekundayo discusses Asiko’s commitment to expanding gas accessibility

Felix Ekundayo, the Managing Director of Asiko Energy Holdings Limited, recently interviewed with Global Business Reports (GBR), an international media agency that specialises in producing business intelligence reports around the world. In the interview, Felix provided insights into Asiko’s journey, our commitment to improving the country’s gas sector and the challenges and opportunities in the Nigerian gas market.

During the interview, he highlighted the key opportunities present in Nigeria’s gas market despite current challenges. He emphasized the promising prospects across various sectors such as domestic power generation, automotive, and industrial/commercial. Particularly noteworthy were the emerging opportunities in Autogas, with the potential adoption of tricycles, minibuses, and similar vehicles.

Felix Ekundayo also discussed Asiko’s main priorities for 2024–2025. He emphasized the completion of the Ijora tri-fuel terminal by the year’s end, despite facing challenges and how the company’s focus is on improving sourcing capabilities to meet project deadlines.
